Website Design Process
- Learning: First, we learn everything we can about your business. We have you fill out a questionnaire that helps us understand your company's goals and objectives. We also read through all of your marketing materials. Next, we conduct keyword research to determine the keywords people will use to get to your website. Lastly we conduct a competitor analysis to take advantage of methods that work for those in your field.
- Collaboration: In this stage, we collaborate with you to collect all of the content and materials needed to create the website. We also create a sitemap, which is essentially an outline of the pages of your website.
- Design: Based on what we have learned about your company, Goebel Media Group will come up with two different designs to present to you. Typically, we will create a homepage and an interior, or secondary, page for you to see.
- Refinement: Next, we will make any suggested revisions to the chosen design. We will work with you until you are confident that the website represents the vision you have for your company.
- Development: After the site's design is approved, we start development on a staging site. In this stage, we begin making the design function as a website.
- Tweaking: We send you a link to the staging website and let you take a look around. Based on what you see, you let us know any changes we need make before your website goes live.
- Launch: Finally, your website will go live! If necessary, we will train you on how to use your new website.
- Improvements: The internet is constantly changing, and we don't want your website to fall behind. For best results, there should be constant improvements in the design and content of your site. If you so desire, Goebel Media Group will continue to analyze your website and optimize it for search engines.
